Description
Tri-Heart is a chewable treat with the power to kill heartworm larvae and control adult hookworms and roundworms in dogs as young as 6 weeks of age. Each dose is effective for up to 30 days and should be given monthly for maximum protection. Your veterinarian will need to test your pet for heartworm disease before prescribing Tri-Heart. If your dog is currently taking other medications, speak with your veterinarian to discuss whether Tri-Heart will interact negatively with those medications.
Side effects are not widely reported, but an upset stomach can occur. If your pet seems ill or is behaving differently after receiving their dose of Tri-Heart, contact your veterinarian right away.
